Theresa
joined
TMS
in
2004
following
a
successful
career
in
retail
management
that
lasted
over
ten
years.
Theresa,
who
has
strong
project
management
skills,
works
closely
with
the
TMS
Project
Managers
assisting
them
in
their
roles
with
the
financial
management
of
their
projects,
ensuring
that
projects
are
resourced
correctly
and
are
running
to
schedule.
Theresa
manages
the
support
office,
accounts
and
oversees
the
HR
Department.
ANDREW SMITH
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
After
leaving
the
Army
in
1996
as
a
qualified
engineer,
Andrew
worked
for
a
number
of
high
profile
companies
including
Marshall
Specialist
Vehicles
and
Penman
Engineering
Ltd.
His
time
at
these
companies
covered
a
variety
of
roles
with
increasing
responsibilities,
including
the
development
and
management
of
MOD
portfolios
and
securing
new
business.
Andrew
joined
TMS
in
2014,
bringing
with
him
a
wealth
of
leadership,
innovation,
safety
and
risk
management
experience.
Andrew’s
role
is
to
ensure
and
improve
the
performance,
productivity,
efficiency
and
profitability
of
TMS
by
providing
an
effective ‘Operations’ strategy.
GLYN RUSHWORTH
GROUP SALES MANAGER
On
leaving
the
RAF
in
1995
Glyn
began
work
with
BAE
Systems
as
an
Avionics
Technical
Instructor
in
Saudi
Arabia.
Glyn
joined
TMS
in
2002
as
a
Technical
Author/Trainer
and
has
worked
across
the
business;
he
now
leads
the
Business
Development
Team.
With
his
expert
knowledge
of
ILS,
Training
and
Technical
Publications,
Glyn
develops
comprehensive
proposals
and
tenders
tailored
to
meet
each
client’s individual requirements.
TIM CANNON
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Tim
joined
the
company
in
2002
bringing
with
him
a
wealth
of
technical
expertise.
During
his
career
Tim
has
acquired
specialist
knowledge
and
skills
in
developing
secure
communication
systems.
An
Oracle
Certified
Professional,
Tim
has
worked
on
projects
within
high
profile
organisations
such
as
IBM
and
the
HM
Government
Communication
Centre.
At
TMS
Tim
is
responsible
for
providing
board
level
input
on
software
and
IT
related
matters
and
managing
a
team
of
six
to
develop
internal
and
external
software
development
projects.
