THE BENEFITS OF TMS DATA CLEANSE SERVICE The TMS Data Cleanse capability brings with it the following benefits: Fast automated update cycle to keep parts catalogues and parts data current Accurate parts data at point of use through current and maintained Illustrated Parts Catalogues and Inventory Lists Improvement in procurement accuracy through identification of correctly associated MPN to NSN Ensures the OEM recognises the item placed on demand Improvement in demand accuracy for repair items, reducing wait times, equipment availability and cost A significant reduction in time taken and resource required to undertake this task manually as automated system focusses on identification of anomalies.

PROVISION OF A MANAGED SERVICE TMS are able to provide a managed service to deliver the Data Cleanse capability. The Managed Service would include but not be limited to the following: Provision of a secure web portal to host cleansed data and enable database searches and queries Provision of Help Desk and web portal user training Project Management Data Loading Data Cleansing CSIS Checks. Frequency to be agreed Parts List update (electronic copy). Frequency to be agreed Loading and maintenance of revised data to Web Portal. Frequency to be agreed Illustrated Parts Catalogue update and regeneration. Frequency to be agreed
