TMS joins engineering delivery partnership (EDP)

The Aurora Engineering Partnership has been appointed by the
Ministry of Defence (MOD) as their Engineering Delivery Partner
for Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S). The partnership –
formed by QinetiQ, Atkins, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group,
and BMT – will help the MOD to reduce costs of their
engineering services, while ensuring the UK’s Armed Forces
receive the best equipment and support.
After successfully passing the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire TMS is
proud to be joining the QinetiQ, BMT and Atkins led consortium. The
consortium, named Aurora Engineering, will be delivering Engineering
services to the Ministry of Defence (MOD) for up to 10 years with a
potential value of over £2 billion.
TMS’ capabilities ensured we fall under 40 capability filters, which
include some of TMS’ core services. The Aurora Engineering
consortium is based around offering the MOD cost savings and
innovation thereby increasing support to our Armed Forces.
